Sweetened Homemade Almond Milk
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almonds
- 4 cups filtered water
- Dash of fine salt
- Dash of cinnamon (optional)
- About 4-5 tbsp Maple syrup to sweeten (optional)
Directions:
1.Soak nuts overnight, then rinse and drain before adding other ingredients with almonds to high power blender.
2.Blend then strain using Ellie’s Best Nutmilk bag over large bowl.
Keep reserves to make delicious snacks / granola and store milk in sealed jar in fridge for 5 days.
