Blue Spirulina & Matcha Smoothie
Ingredients:
for blue layer:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tsp blue Spirulina
- 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
for green layer:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2-1 cup of spinach
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp honey
Directions:
1. In a blender combine all ingredients for the blue layer and blend until creamy.
2. Add blue layer to a glass and place in the freezer for about 15min while making green layer.
3. In a clean blender combine the ingredients for the green layer together and blend until smooth.
4. Remove glass from freezer and add the green layer in on top.
