Quinoa Power Bowl


  • 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 homemade almond milk
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 5 sliced strawberries
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
  • 1 dash of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp blueberry jam
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • garnish with shredded coconut


  1. In a bowl serve the quinoa and almond milk as your base
  2. Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon to the quinoa base
  3. Top the base with every other ingredient!
  4. Mix the bowl together as you eat and enjoy all the diverse and delicious flavors!
