Quinoa Power Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 homemade almond milk
- 1 sliced banana
- 5 sliced strawberries
- 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
- 1 dash of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp blueberry jam
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- garnish with shredded coconut
Directions
- In a bowl serve the quinoa and almond milk as your base
- Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon to the quinoa base
- Top the base with every other ingredient!
- Mix the bowl together as you eat and enjoy all the diverse and delicious flavors!
