White & Blue Bark


  • 1/4 pound white chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp Blue Spirulina Powder


  1. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate fully, stir it frequently
  2. Pour into flat container lined with parchment paper
  3. In a separate dish mix about a tbsp of melted chocolate with the blue spirulina
  4. Drop small amounts over the top of the tray of chocolate and swirl however you like with the end of a chopstick, a toothpick or other pointy tool
  5. Refrigerate for half an hour
  6. Break once completely cooled!
