White & Blue Bark
Ingredients:
- 1/4 pound white chocolate
- 1/2 tsp Blue Spirulina Powder
Directions:
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate fully, stir it frequently
- Pour into flat container lined with parchment paper
- In a separate dish mix about a tbsp of melted chocolate with the blue spirulina
- Drop small amounts over the top of the tray of chocolate and swirl however you like with the end of a chopstick, a toothpick or other pointy tool
- Refrigerate for half an hour
- Break once completely cooled!
