No-Bake Cookies
Ingredients:
- almond meal (you can use crushed almonds or almond flour instead)
- oat fiber (oat flour works too)
- protein powder

ground flax
- almond butter
-
maple syrup
-
vanilla extract
-
dash of fine salt
- turmeric powder
- quinoa puffs
Directions:
- You can add as much of any of the ingredients (or others’ of personal preference) with the almond meal or crushed almonds and coconut oil as your base ingredients. The oil will hold ingredients together especially when refrigerated. The more coarse the almonds (if you’re using crushed), the more of a crunch you get
- The melted chocolate drizzle is a nice addition
- Mix your ingredients and roll into balls when mixture holds together and holds shape
- Refrigerate
