Blue Mylk Nice Cream
- frozen bananas
- non-dairy milk
- vanilla extract
- raw almond butter
- blue spirulina
- frozen blue berries
- butterfly pea powder
- First, make your Blue Mylk Nice Cream by blending some frozen bananas with a splash of nondairy milk, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, a tablespoon of raw almond butter, and a teaspoon or two of @elliesbest blue spirulina.
- Blend until thick and smooth and ladle out about half of it into a bowl
- Add some frozen blueberries to the blender, along with another splash of nondairy milk and a teaspoon or two of butterfly pea flower powder (also from @elliesbest!) and blend again.
- Swirl it into the Blue Mylk Ice Cream and top with some coconut flakes and cacao nibs!
