Mango Banana Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp vanilla yogurt
- 2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/2 tsp blue spirulina
Directions:
- Blend all the ingredients together starting slow and then faster until smooth and an even thick consistency
- Top with some fresh fruit and enjoy!
