Homemade Almond Granola
Ingredients:
• 1 cup almond meal using Ellie’s best Raw Sweet Almonds
• 3tbsp brown sugar
• 1tbsp cinnamon powder
• 2tbsp shredded coconut
• 1/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats
• 2tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Toast in oven on high (400F) til it starts to brown (7 or so minutes)
2. Store in a jar in the fridge
