Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • Handful of fresh berries
  • Maple syrup
  • Oat milk
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • About 1.5 tsp Ellie’s Best Blue Spirulina
  • 1tsp Ellie’s Best Mushroom extract

 

Directions:

1. Blend all together
