Zesty Pitaya Bowl


  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen very ripe banana (chopped prior is best)
  • 1 tbsp pink pitaya powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • hemp seeds & granola (for topping)


  1. Blend ingredients in a blender at high speed, stopping to stir frozen chunks occasionally when it stops blending
  2. Add a tbsp of nut milk at a time to help it blend or to thin the mixture down
  3. Once it's smooth and thick pour into a bowl and top with hemp seeds and granola!
