Zesty Pitaya Bowl
Ingredients:
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen very ripe banana (chopped prior is best)
- 1 tbsp pink pitaya powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- hemp seeds & granola (for topping)
Directions:
- Blend ingredients in a blender at high speed, stopping to stir frozen chunks occasionally when it stops blending
- Add a tbsp of nut milk at a time to help it blend or to thin the mixture down
- Once it's smooth and thick pour into a bowl and top with hemp seeds and granola!
