Vital7 Vanilla Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat milk sweetened with vanilla (optional)
- 4tbsp chia seeds
- 4tbsp plain or vanilla yogurt
- 2tbsp maple syrup
- 1tsp mushroom extract
Directions:
1. Whisk together
2 store in a jar overnight
