Barely Grass & Apple Muesli


  • 1c rolled oats 
  • 1.5c milk 
  • 1tsp Ellie’s Best barely grass powder 
  • 1/2c chopped Granny Smith apple 
  • maple syrup (to taste)
  • vanilla extract (to taste)
  • some fine salt, cinnamon and nutmeg powders (to taste)



1. mix together 

2. store in a sealed jar in the fridge
