Barely Grass & Apple Muesli
Ingredients:
- 1c rolled oats
- 1.5c milk
- 1tsp Ellie’s Best barely grass powder
- 1/2c chopped Granny Smith apple
- maple syrup (to taste)
- vanilla extract (to taste)
- some fine salt, cinnamon and nutmeg powders (to taste)
Directions:
1. mix together
2. store in a sealed jar in the fridge
