
Superfood Green Juice
Ingredients:
- A few leaves of baby spinach
- ½ tbsp barley grass powder (Brilliant Superfoods by @elliesbest)
- 1 tangerine (with a tiny bit of peel)
- 1 cup orange juice (no added sugar)
- ½ tsp ginger powder or freshly grated ginger
- About 4 baby carrots
- A handful of almonds
- A whole bunch of crushed ice
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy as is for a thick, nutrient-rich drink, or strain using a nut milk bag (like the one from @elliesbest) for a smoother consistency.
