Peach Crumble Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients:

(Smoothie Base)

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground cardamom
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1–2 tsp date syrup (to taste)

 

Toppings (choose your favorites)

  • Vanilla bean granola
  • Fresh banana slices
  • Shredded coconut (tinted with pink pitaya powder)
  • Sliced fresh plum
  • Kiwi flowers
  • Passion fruit pulp
  • Lemon slice
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh local blueberries
  • Coconut cream (tinted with blue spirulina powder from Ellie’s Best )
  • Homemade mango–strawberry–spinach smoothie pop
  • Edible succulents
  • Drizzle of homemade white chocolate (tinted with pink pitaya powder from Ellie’s Best )

Directions:

  1. Blend together peaches, banana, vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, protein powder, coconut milk, and date syrup until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Arrange toppings over the smoothie base. Be as simple or decorative as you’d like!
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
