Strawberry Almond Milk Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk made using ellies nutmilk bag
  • 1/4 cup almond reserves from milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • handful frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • we use our whey protein peptides and collagen powder supplements
  • big dollop of peanut butter
  • crushed ice for extra coolness

Instructions

1. All blended until smooth! Yum!

(Our homemade almond milk is made with 1 1/2 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight/ rinsed and drained), 4 cups cold filtered water, dash of cinnamon powder, fine salt and a splash of maple syrup.
