Strawberry Almond Milk Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk made using ellies nutmilk bag
- 1/4 cup almond reserves from milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- handful frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- we use our whey protein peptides and collagen powder supplements
- big dollop of peanut butter
- crushed ice for extra coolness
Instructions
1. All blended until smooth! Yum!
(Our homemade almond milk is made with 1 1/2 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight/ rinsed and drained), 4 cups cold filtered water, dash of cinnamon powder, fine salt and a splash of maple syrup.
