PB Spirulina Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups rolled oats (old fashioned)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2.5–3 cup milk (start with less and add more as needed)
- 1/4 cup Peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp blue spirulina powder from Brilliant Superfoods (Ellie’s Best)
- Splash of vanilla essence
- Dash if fine salt
- Dash of cinnamon powder
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl and mix until combined.
- Store in fridge overnight.
- Enjoy the next day!
