Spooky Superfood Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1.5 cup fresh jumbo blueberries
- zest and juice of half a lemon
- 1 tsp butterfly pea powder from Ellie’s Best
- couple small slices of fresh ginger (about 1/2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- collagen peptides or protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- handful fresh almonds
- 1.5 cups crushed ice
Directions:
1. Blend until smooth, add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
