Spooky Superfood Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1.5 cup fresh jumbo blueberries
  • zest and juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp butterfly pea powder from Ellie’s Best 
  • couple small slices of fresh ginger (about 1/2 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • collagen peptides or protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • handful fresh almonds
  • 1.5 cups crushed ice

 

Directions:

1. Blend until smooth, add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
