
Raspberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk made with Ellie’s Best Nut Milk Bag

4 dried dates

1½ cups frozen banana chunks

1½ cups frozen raspberries
-
1 tablespoon mixed berry superfood powder

Toppings:
-
9 fresh strawberry halves
-
10 kiwi berry halves
-
2 teaspoons buckinis
-
1¼ teaspoons cacao nibs

9 raw almonds

Instructions:

In a blender, combine the almond milk and dried dates. Blend until the dates are mostly smooth.

Add the frozen banana chunks, frozen raspberries, and mixed berry superfood powder. Blend until smooth, with minimal raspberry seeds remaining.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with fresh strawberry halves, kiwi berry halves, buckinis, cacao nibs, and raw almonds.
