
Cinnamon Vanilla Almond Milk
Ingredients:

1 cup raw almonds

3 cups fresh drinking water

1 teaspoon cinnamon

3–4 tablespoons honey (to taste)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:

Pre-Soak the Almonds
Place the raw almonds in a bowl and cover with water. Soak for at least 3 hours or overnight for best results. -
Rinse the Almonds
Drain and rinse the soaked almonds using a fine mesh strainer until the water runs clear. -
Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the soaked almonds, fresh drinking water, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla. Blend until smooth (about 30 seconds to 1 minute). -
Strain the Almond Milk
Place the nut milk bag over a clean bowl. Pour the blended mixture into it and wring out the liquid until all the almond milk is separated from the pulp. -
Store and Enjoy
Transfer the strained almond milk to a bottle with a lid. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy within 5–7 days.
