
Pea Flower Nice Cream
Ingredients:
For the smoothie:

1 scoop vanilla chocolate protein powder

1 cup homemade unsweetened almond milk

1 frozen banana
-
½ cup frozen mango chunks

½ cup frozen cauliflower florets

1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
½ teaspoon butterfly pea powder from Ellie’s Best
For the toppings:

Fresh banana slices

Chopped raw cashews

Mini peanut butter cups*
*Mini peanut butter cups made with semi-homemade coconut mylk chocolate and creamy roasted peanut butter.
Instructions:

In a blender, combine the protein powder, almond milk, frozen banana, mango, cauliflower, lemon juice, and butterfly pea powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

Top with fresh banana slices, chopped cashews, and your homemade mini peanut butter cups.
