Purple Lemonade Delight

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup water
• 2 tsp Ellie's Best Butterfly Pea Flower powder
• Ice cubes
• Raspberry soda (or your preferred flavor)
• Juice from half a lemon

Directions:

1. In a glass, combine 3/4 cup of water with 2 tsp of Butterfly Pea Flower powder. Stir well and set aside.

2. In another glass, fill it with ice cubes.

3. Pour your choice of raspberry soda over the ice cubes, leaving some room at the top of the glass.

4. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the glass with the soda and ice.

5. Now, carefully pour the prepared Butterfly Pea Flower mixture into the glass with the soda, lemon juice, and ice. As you pour it in, you'll see the magical color transformation.

6. Give the mixture a gentle stir to combine the flavors and colors.
