Ingredients to blend:
🍓 1 cup frozen strawberries
🍓 1 frozen banana
🍓 10 oz plain or vanilla yogurt (non dairy used here)
🍓 1 1/2 - 2 tsp pink pitaya powder
🍓 Splash of vanilla extract (optional)
🍓 1 scoop peanut butter or alternative
🍓 1 - 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
🍓 1 tbsp chia seeds
🍓 Splash of water or milk to soften when blending
