Pink Pitaya Bowl
- Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries - 1 frozen banana
- 10 oz plain or vanilla yogurt (non dairy used here
- 11/2 - 2 tsp pink pitaya powder from Ellie’s Best
- Splash of vanilla
- 1 scoop peanut butter or alternative
- 1 - 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Splash of water or milk to soften when blending
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
- Add to a bowl and top with mango, blueberries and granola or toppings of choice!
