Berry-Collagen Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- Handful of mixed frozen and fresh berries
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder from Ellie’s Best
- 1 cup almond milk
- Peanut butter, to taste
- Sweetener of choice, to taste
- Optional: supplemental powders (we use collagen)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass or bowl and top with toppings of choice.
