Berry-Collagen Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • Handful of mixed frozen and fresh berries
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina powder from Ellie’s Best
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Peanut butter, to taste
  • Sweetener of choice, to taste
  • Optional: supplemental powders (we use collagen)

Instructions:

 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass or bowl and top with toppings of choice.
