
Pink Cashew Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp @elliesbest beet root juice powder
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup coconut shreds
- 3 dates
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2c water
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender with water (adjust for desired consistency).
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture using Ellie’s Best nut milk bag for a silky finish.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy chilled!
