
Coconut Pink Drink
Ingredients:
- Watermelon (fresh or frozen)
- Frozen raspberries
- Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- Coconut milk
- Hemp seeds
- Collagen powder
- Beet root juice powder (from @elliesbest)
- Coconut yogurt (for the glass)
- Shredded coconut (for topping)
Directions:

Prepare the glass:
In a small bowl, mix a little beet root juice powder into the coconut yogurt until it turns a vibrant pink. Swirl this mixture along the inside of your serving glass for a pretty effect. -
Make the smoothie:
In a blender, combine watermelon, frozen raspberries, strawberries, coconut milk, hemp seeds, collagen powder, and beet root juice powder. Blend until smooth and creamy. -
Serve:
Pour the smoothie into the prepared glass and top with a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
