Blue Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • 3 ½ tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon @elliesbest organic blue spirulina powder

Toppings (optional):

  • Coconut yogurt
  • Fresh fruit of your choice (e.g. bananas, kiwis)
  • Dash of cinnamon 

Instructions:

 

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the milk, chia seeds, and blue spirulina powder.
  2. Stir well until fully combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to allow it to thicken.
  4. When ready to enjoy, give it a good stir and top with coconut yogurt, fresh fruit, and a dash of cinnamon.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
