
Blue Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (any kind)
- 3 ½ tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon @elliesbest organic blue spirulina powder
Toppings (optional):
- Coconut yogurt
- Fresh fruit of your choice (e.g. bananas, kiwis)
- Dash of cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a jar or bowl, combine the milk, chia seeds, and blue spirulina powder.
- Stir well until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to allow it to thicken.
- When ready to enjoy, give it a good stir and top with coconut yogurt, fresh fruit, and a dash of cinnamon.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
