
Chai Mushroom Green Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 organic green tea bag
- 8–10 oz water
- ½ tsp mushroom superfood blend (Ellie’s Best Vital 7 Blend)
- Splash of milk of choice

Spice mix (adjust to taste):
- Cinnamon powder (double the amount compared to others)
- Nutmeg powder
- Clove powder
- Tiny sprinkle of ground cardamom (strong flavor)

Ginger powder (optional, but recommended)
Directions:
- Bring 8–10 oz of water to a boil in a small pot or teapot.
- Add the green tea bag and let simmer for 5–10 minutes.
- While tea is steeping, prepare your spice mix by combining cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, cardamom, and ginger powder in desired proportions.
- Remove tea bag and pour the brewed tea into a cup.
- Stir in ½ tsp mushroom blend powder, a splash of milk, and a sprinkle of the spice mix.
- Mix well and enjoy warm (or iced!).
