Lemon Ginger Wellness Shots

*Makes 8 shots*

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of ginger, chopped small
  • 2 whole lemons, peeled & seeds removed
  • 2 cups coconut water

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into your blender and blend well.
  2. Pour shot mixture into a nut milk bag (from @elliesbest ) and squeeze until you are just left with the pulp inside the bag.
  3. Pour into small shot jars & refrigerate.
  4. Once chilled enjoy!
