
Lemon Ginger Wellness Shots
*Makes 8 shots*
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of ginger, chopped small
- 2 whole lemons, peeled & seeds removed
- 2 cups coconut water
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into your blender and blend well.
- Pour shot mixture into a nut milk bag (from @elliesbest ) and squeeze until you are just left with the pulp inside the bag.
- Pour into small shot jars & refrigerate.
- Once chilled enjoy!
