
Iced Almond Milk Latte
Ingredients:
For the Almond Milk:

1 cup raw almonds

3 cups fresh drinking water

1 teaspoon cinnamon
-
3–4 tablespoons honey (to taste)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

For the latte:

1–2 shots of freshly brewed espresso (or strong coffee)

Instructions:

Soak the Almonds
Add raw almonds to a bowl and cover with water. Soak for at least 3 hours or overnight. -
Rinse and Blend
Drain and rinse the soaked almonds. In a blender, combine them with 3 cups of fresh water, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla. Blend until smooth (about 30 seconds to 1 minute). -
Strain the Almond Milk
Using your Ellie’s Best Nut Milk Bag, strain the mixture into a clean bowl, squeezing out all the milk. -
Assemble the Latte
Fill a glass with ice. Pour in ¾ to 1 cup of your homemade cinnamon-vanilla almond milk. Top with 1–2 shots of espresso and stir. -
Sip & Chill
Enjoy immediately! Store any extra almond milk in the fridge for up to 5–7 days.
