Iced Almond Milk Latte

Iced Almond Milk Latte

Ingredients:

For the Almond Milk:

  • 1 cup raw almonds

  • 3 cups fresh drinking water

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 3–4 tablespoons honey (to taste)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Ellie’s Best Nut Milk Bag

For the latte:

  • 1–2 shots of freshly brewed espresso (or strong coffee)

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Soak the Almonds
Add raw almonds to a bowl and cover with water. Soak for at least 3 hours or overnight.

  2. Rinse and Blend
Drain and rinse the soaked almonds. In a blender, combine them with 3 cups of fresh water, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla. Blend until smooth (about 30 seconds to 1 minute).

  3. Strain the Almond Milk
Using your Ellie’s Best Nut Milk Bag, strain the mixture into a clean bowl, squeezing out all the milk.

  4. Assemble the Latte
Fill a glass with ice. Pour in ¾ to 1 cup of your homemade cinnamon-vanilla almond milk. Top with 1–2 shots of espresso and stir.

  5. Sip & Chill
Enjoy immediately! Store any extra almond milk in the fridge for up to 5–7 days.
