Homemade Oat Milk
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned)
- 4 cups ice-cold water
- 1 pinch salt
- Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
- Add the rolled oats, ice-cold water, salt, and vanilla extract (if using) to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 20–30 seconds only. Avoid over-blending, as it can warm the oats and create a gummy texture.
- Pour the mixture through an Ellie’s Best Nut Milk Bag into a large bowl or pitcher.
- Allow the liquid to strain naturally. For the smoothest oat milk, avoid squeezing the bag too firmly.
- Transfer the oat milk to a sealed jar or bottle and refrigerate.
- Shake before serving. Enjoy within 3–5 days.
