Homemade Mango Purée

Ingredients: 

  • 3 ripe mangos 
  • 1 cup water
  • Ellie’s Best Nut Milk Bag 

 

Instructions:

    Instructions

    1. Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pits.
    2. Add the mango and water to a blender.
    3. Blend until smooth and creamy, making sure no chunks remain.
    4. Place the nut milk bag over a large bowl and carefully pour the mango mixture into the bag.
    5. Gently squeeze the bag until all of the juice has been extracted and only the pulp remains.
    6. Transfer the juice to a jar or airtight container and store in the refrigerator.

    *Serving Ideas*

    Enjoy in yogurt bowls, chia pudding, smoothies, or on its own!
