Homemade Mango Purée
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe mangos
- 1 cup water
- Ellie’s Best Nut Milk Bag

- Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pits.
- Add the mango and water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, making sure no chunks remain.
- Place the nut milk bag over a large bowl and carefully pour the mango mixture into the bag.
- Gently squeeze the bag until all of the juice has been extracted and only the pulp remains.
- Transfer the juice to a jar or airtight container and store in the refrigerator.

Enjoy in yogurt bowls, chia pudding, smoothies, or on its own!
