Green Tea Overnight Oats

  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp barley grass powder
  •  2 bags green tea
  •  2 tbsp chia seeds
  •  1/4 cup rolled oats
  •  2-3 tbsp honey
  •  1/2 cup fresh berries
    1. Mix barley grass powder in nut milk and set aside
    2. Steep green tea for at least 5 mins (longer for stronger taste)
    3. To an empty jar, add chia seeds and rolled oats then stir in honey
    4. Add milk and green tea and combine ingredients
    5. Refrigerate overnight
