Green Tea Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp barley grass powder
- 2 bags green tea
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2-3 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup fresh berries
- Mix barley grass powder in nut milk and set aside
- Steep green tea for at least 5 mins (longer for stronger taste)
- To an empty jar, add chia seeds and rolled oats then stir in honey
- Add milk and green tea and combine ingredients
- Refrigerate overnight
