Kiwi & Pitaya Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 frozen avocado
  • 1 kiwi (save a couple slices for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp pink pitaya powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen
  • 1/2 cup homemade almond milk
  • small handful spinach
  • 1 tsp bee pollen for topping

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth
  2. Top with kiwi and bee pollen 
  3. Enjoy!
