Fresh Cashew Milk


  • 1 cup soaked cashews 
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 pinch of sea salt


  1. Soak cashews in cool water either on the counter or fridge for 2 hours
  2. After soaking, add the cashews and other ingredients to the blender
  3. Blend until fully smooth, about 1-2 minutes
  4. Strain mixture through nut milk bag over a bowl or pitcher, gently knead and squeeze the bag until only the pulp is left in the bag and the milk is fully strained
  5. Chill or enjoy immediately! Keep refrigerated up to 3 days!
