Fresh Cashew Milk
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soaked cashews
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 pitted medjool dates
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Directions:
- Soak cashews in cool water either on the counter or fridge for 2 hours
- After soaking, add the cashews and other ingredients to the blender
- Blend until fully smooth, about 1-2 minutes
- Strain mixture through nut milk bag over a bowl or pitcher, gently knead and squeeze the bag until only the pulp is left in the bag and the milk is fully strained
- Chill or enjoy immediately! Keep refrigerated up to 3 days!
