Mermaid Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 apple
- Handful blueberries
- 2 tbsp syrup
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- Nut milk of choice (quantity dependent on desired thickness)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 splash of vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp butterfly pea flower
- Dash of cinnamon
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients adding in nut milk in small amounts to get the ingredients blending and until you've reached desired thickness, here about 2/3 cup nut milk was used.
- Top with fresh berries or dye-free marshmallow charms!
