Mermaid Smoothie Bowl


  • 2 frozen bananas 
  • 1 apple
  • Handful blueberries
  • 2 tbsp syrup
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • Nut milk of choice (quantity dependent on desired thickness)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 splash of vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp butterfly pea flower
  • Dash of cinnamon


  1. Blend all ingredients adding in nut milk in small amounts to get the ingredients blending and until you've reached desired thickness, here about 2/3 cup nut milk was used.  
  2. Top with fresh berries or dye-free marshmallow charms!
