Apple cinnamon oat bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 Cup GF Rolled Oats
  • 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Ground Flax Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Scoop plant protein of choice
  • 1 Cup Homemade Almond Milk (made with Ellies Best Nut Milk Bag)
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Fuji Apple (Diced)

Directions: 

 

  1. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, cinnamon into a pot of your choice 
  1. Turn on burner to lower and lightly toast for 1-2 
  1. Add Almond milk, water, chopped apple, and protein power to the pot 
  1. Bring to a boil then reduce to low and let simmer for 15-20 minutes 
  1. Cover with a lid for 5 minutes and let oatmeal rest 
  1. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
