Chocolate pumpkin truffles
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour or 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- t tsp Ellies Best mushroom powder (for added benefits)
- 1 tsp Ellies Best turmeric powder (for color)
- Dark chocolate chips
- 1-2 tsp coconut oil
- Sea salt
Directions:
- In a bowl, add almond butter, pumpkin purée and maple syrup. Mix until we’ll combined.
- Add flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, turmeric powder and mushroom powder. Mix well.
- Roll into balls and place on parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and dip the truffles to coat them, putting them back on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle some sea salt and more pumpkin pie spice if you’d like.
- Put it in the freezer for about 15-30 minutes and enjoy!
