Easter Egg Brownie Pops

Ingredients:

 

  •  Brownie mix (or whichever brownie recipe you’d like)
  • Silicone Egg Mold
  • 6 Popsicle Sticks
  • 1/2 cup melted white chocolate
  • 1-2tsp (depending on how light or dark you want) Natural colorants (including Ellie’s Best Superfood powders, Beet Root + Blue Spirulina)


Directions:


1. Preheat your oven to package directions, lightly grease your mold, and blend together the brownie batter.

2. Fill the molds 3/4 of the way with the brownie batter and bake according to package instructions.

(Let cool)

3. Remove brownies from the mold, add sprinkles to the bottom of the mold and top with melted chocolate (you may need a knife to push the chocolate to the edges).

4. Insert the brownies back into the mold (the same direction they came out of the mold) and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

5. Gently remove the chocolate coated brownies and insert a popsicle stick in the middle.
