Blue mango chia pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 whole mango
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
Directions:
1. Mix the chia pudding ingredients together and store in the fridge for a few hours or overnight
2. When ready to eat slice up your mango
3. Layer the mango and chia pudding in a glass
4. Add toppings of choice and enjoy 😊
