Raspberry cacao shake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt (a little more for topping)
- 1 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (more for topping)
- 1 cup spinach (or kale)
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds (or chia seeds)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (more for sweetness)
- 1 tsp Ellie’s Best mushroom powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon (more for topping)
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend everything until smooth.
2. Swirl coconut yogurt with a frother or spoon into glass (for aesthetic).
3. Pour the shake into the glass. Top with more coconut yogurt, cinnamon and raspberries.
