Blueberry Tangerine Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
(1 bowl)
• 1 frozen banana
• ¾ cup frozen blueberries
• 1 tangerine, peeled & deseeded
• ¼–⅓ cup almond milk
• Optional boost: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup, splash of vanilla
Directions:
1. Add everything to a blender and blend until thick and creamy. Use as little liquid as possible so it stays scoopable.
Toppings:
• Fresh blueberries
• Banana slices
• Pomegranates
• Chia seeds or hemp seeds
• Granola on bottom
