Yogurty Baked Oats
Ingredients:
Directions:
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Splash of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Dash of salt and cinnamon
Directions:
- Blend or mix ingredients then add a layer of batter into your baking pan/bowl.
- Top with 1-2 tbsp yogurt (here vanilla yogurt mixed with pink pitaya powder) before topping with another layer of batter.
- Toppings can be added before or after baking, depending on preference.
