Yogurty Baked Oats

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Splash of maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Dash of salt and cinnamon

Directions:
  1. Blend or mix ingredients then add a layer of batter into your baking pan/bowl.
  2. Top with 1-2 tbsp yogurt (here vanilla yogurt mixed with pink pitaya powder) before topping with another layer of batter.
  3. Toppings can be added before or after baking, depending on preference.
