Winter Oat Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 2/3 cups apple sauce (you can skip & just use milk)
- dash of cinnamon powder
- 1 1/2cup almond or other milk
- splash of agave syrup
- 1-1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder from Ellies Best
1. Add ingredients together and mix well.
2. Store in container overnight.
3. Add toppings of choice and Enjoy 😊
