Pumpkin Spice Almond Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almonds (soaked over night or for 15 minutes in boiling number)
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice 
  • Ellies Best Nut Milk Bag


Instructions:


1. Soak almonds over night or for a quick soak 15 minutes in boiling/hot water. Drain.

2. To a blender, add almonds, dates, filtered water, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice.


3. Blend for a couple minutes. Strain with a nut milk bag (from Ellie’s Best) .


4. Add to a glass jar and enjoy!
