Vital 7 Iced Latte

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp @elliesbest Vital 7 Mushroom Blend Powder
• 4 oz milk of choice
• Double shot of espresso
• Ice

Instructions:

1. Brew a double shot of espresso.
2. In a glass, stir the Vital 7 powder into the milk until well combined.
3. Add ice to the glass.
4. Pour the espresso over the milk mixture.
5. Stir, sip, and enjoy 😊
