Homemade Coconut Milk Cold Brew Latte

Homemade Coconut Milk 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups organic coconut flakes
  • 1–2 dates (pitted, depending on desired sweetness)
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Ellie’s Best Nut Milk Bag
  • Cold brew of choice

Instructions:

  1. Add coconut flakes, dates, water, and sea salt to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Place your nut milk bag over a bowl or jar and pour the mixture through.
  4. Squeeze the bag thoroughly to extract all the liquid.
  5. (Optional) Save the leftover pulp for use in smoothies, granola, or baking.
  6. Transfer the coconut milk to an airtight container and store in the fridge.
  7. When ready to enjoy, pour cold brew into a glass of your choice and top with the fresh coconut milk.
