Valentines Day Bark
Ingredients:
- Strawberries, washed and dried (I used 7)
- Runny peanut butter (I used 1/2 cup organic peanut butter)
- Chocolate (I used 1 cup melted dark chocolate)
- Pretzels (I used 4 grain-free pretzels)
- White chocolate + beet root powder from Ellie’s Best for the pink chocolate
- Natural pink sprinkles
Instructions:
- Cut the stems off of the strawberries and cut into even slices (you may want to cut a little bit off the rounded sides so they lay flat). Arrange the strawberry slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread peanut butter over the strawberries so that they are completely covered. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to harden.
- Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread out to cover evenly.
- Before the chocolate hardens, top with pretzels and sprinkles.
- Fill the pretzels with pink chocolate to look like a heart. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour, slice into pieces, and enjoy!
