Banana Bread Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp @elliesbest mushroom powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch nutmeg
- Pinch sea salt
- 2/3 cup milk (add more in the morning if the consistency is too thick for your liking)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
Instructions:
- In a jar or bowl, mash the banana.
- Add the oats, chia seeds, mushroom powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt.
- Pour in the milk and add the vanilla.
- Stir well to combine.
- Add honey or sweetener of choice, if using, and mix again.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, add more milk if the consistency is too thick for your liking, stir, and enjoy.
