Banana Bread Overnight Oats

 Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp @elliesbest mushroom powder 
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2/3 cup milk (add more in the morning if the consistency is too thick for your liking)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Honey or sweetener of choice (optional)

Instructions:

 

  1. In a jar or bowl, mash the banana.
  2. Add the oats, chia seeds, mushroom powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt.
  3. Pour in the milk and add the vanilla.
  4. Stir well to combine.
  5. Add honey or sweetener of choice, if using, and mix again.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. In the morning, add more milk if the consistency is too thick for your liking, stir, and enjoy.
