Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful frozen strawberries & raspberries
  • 1 scoop protein powder, vanilla flavor
  • 1 ice cream scoop size creamy peanut butter
  • oat milk
  • 1 tbsp pink pitaya powder from Ellie’s Best

 

Directions:

  1. Blend til smooth, we sprinkle chia seeds on top & enjoy after a morning swim.
